Testing Principle
The system simulates controlled human movement within the detection zone of sensing products, providing stable and consistent stimuli under different distances, angles, and heights.
The robot moves along pre-set paths while the elevation/rotation platform adjusts the product’s installation height and orientation.
When a sensing product is triggered, the software automatically records the spatial coordinates of the event.
This produces complete sensing performance distribution data for quantitative evaluation.
Operation Instructions
Ensure the robot’s battery is fully charged for the complete test cycle.
Preheat the head and chest heating system to the target temperature and maintain stability.
For microwave testing, avoid large metal objects that could cause reflections.
Do not enter the test area during elevation or rotation operations.
Select the appropriate test mode (Mode 1 or Mode 2) according to the sensing product type.
Experimental Procedures
Mode 1 – Linear Motion Test
Place the robot at the central origin (5 m centerline).
Move the robot to one end of the centerline.
Move at 1 m/s along a 5 m straight line to the opposite end.
Return to the origin or repeat the cycle as programmed.
Software records trigger points along the line.
Mode 2 – Angular Coverage Test
Move the robot from the central origin to the ±45° start point.
Move 3 m along the designated direction and pause.
Rotate 45° to reach the next test line start point.
Pause time adjustable between 5–60 s.
Repeat the cycle while recording trigger angles and distances.
Linked Test Procedure
Elevate the platform to the specified height.
Rotate the platform to the designated angle.
Software triggers robot to execute Mode 1 or Mode 2.
Automatically record all trigger points.
Upon completion, generate the test report and export data.
