Test Procedures
Install the selected ball-on-disk or pin-on-disk fixture and mount the test specimens securely.

Start the test sequence with real-time monitoring of friction force, wear, pressure, and temperature.
After test completion, release pressure safely and remove specimens for wear evaluation.
Maintenance Information
Regular inspection of the high-pressure chamber seals is recommended to ensure pressure integrity.
The capacitive pressure and force sensors should be checked periodically to maintain measurement accuracy.
After testing corrosive gases or lubricants, the chamber and fixtures should be cleaned to prevent residue accumulation.
