The Automatic Long Filament Curl Shrinkage Tester is designed to measure boiling water shrinkage rate, dry heat shrinkage rate, curl shrinkage rate, curl modulus, and curl stability of synthetic fibers. With automatic load adjustment, auto-loading, timing, length measurement, and zero calibration during testing, results are calculated and printed automatically. This instrument is ideal for quality control, R&D, and educational applications in textile and fiber industries.

Test Procedures
(1) Prepare yarn samples and install them in the yarn frames.
(2) Select the desired test method (boiling water shrinkage, dry heat shrinkage, or curl shrinkage).
(3) Start the automatic loading and zero calibration process.
(4) Begin testing: the system automatically applies load, measures shrinkage, and records curl data.
(5) View test results on the screen and print reports as needed.
(6) Remove samples and clean yarn frames after testing.
Maintenance Information
