The electronic geosynthetics comprehensive strength testing machine is a device used to test the flexural and compressive strength of building materials such as cement, mortar, and concrete. It features a compact structure, simple operation, and high precision, and is widely used in cement plants, construction engineering units, and product quality supervision and inspection stations.
Application
It is mainly used for testing and analyzing mechanical properties of metal materials and non-metal materials such as tensile, compression, bending, etc., with three closed-loop control methods of stress and strain displacement, it can calculate the maximum force, tensile strength, bending strength, compressive strength, elastic modulus, fracture elongation, yield strength and other parameters. Test and provide data according to GB and ISO, JS, ASTM, DIN and other international standards.
Standard
GB/T16491-2022:Electronic universal testing machines
GB/T15788-2017:Geosynthetics—Wide-width tensile test
GB/ T13763-2010:Geosynthetics - Determination of trapezoid tearing force
ASTM D4632M-a15:Test Method for Grab Breaking Load and Elongation of Geotextiles (Metric)
FZ/T01010:Coated fabrics - Determination of coating adhesion strength
