Test Procedures
(1) Prepare the specimen according to the required size
(2) Fix the specimen onto the test platform
(3) Wrap the white cotton cloth around the rubbing finger (dry or wet as required)
(4) Apply the specified load
(5) Set the rubbing speed and number of cycles
(6) Start the test and perform reciprocating rubbing motion
(7) Evaluate the degree of staining on the cotton cloth using a standard gray scale
Maintenance Information
(1) Clean the rubbing finger and test platform after each test
(2) Check the motor and moving parts regularly
(3) Replace worn rubbing cloth and accessories when necessary
(4) Ensure proper calibration of load and stroke
