Rigid Pocket Air Filters
Self-supported pocket filters are distinguished by their self-supporting design, which keeps the filter open in a V-shape so that the entire filter surface may be used when air goes through. It may efficiently increase filtering effectiveness and decrease pressure loss.
Self-supported pocket filters from SNYLI are offered in G4, M5, and M6 efficiency rates. It is constructed of innovative materials, and its ventilation capacity is 4300 m³/h. The rigidity and depth filtration structure of the composite material may guarantee that the material will continue to be self-supporting even after the air filter has been changed.
On the one hand, tubular separators guarantee the stability of the manufacturing shape. On the other hand, the media on the side facing the open air of each individual pocket has been strengthened significantly, adding to this support. Because of the aforementioned, this pocket filter can readily maintain its shape even when there is a change in pressure or when the turbine is turned off.
