Test Procedures
(1) Install the filter media sample and verify sealing integrity of the fixture

(4) When the pressure drop reaches the preset value, activate pulse-jet cleaning
(5) Repeat loading and cleaning cycles until performance stabilizes
(6) Record pressure drop curves, filtration efficiency, and dust penetration data
(7) Export test data and perform performance evaluation
Maintenance Information
(1) Clean dust pipelines and filtration components after each test
(2) Periodically inspect sensors, flow meters, and pressure transmitters
(3) Check pulse valves and cleaning pressure settings regularly
(4) Ensure dust feeding and hopper systems remain dry and unobstructed
