Mould Slide

The slider is a mold component that can slide in a certain angle perpendicular to or with the opening and closing direction during the opening and closing action of the mold.
Features of Mould Slide
When the product structure makes it impossible for the mold to demould normally without the slider, the slider must be used. The material itself has appropriate hardness, wear resistance, enough to withstand the friction of the movement. The hardness of the cavity part or core part on the slider should be the same level as other parts of the cavity and core.
