Baoding Guokun Machinery Co., Ltdand Baoding Guokun Export and Import Trading Co., Ltd are located in Baoding city, Hebei province, China. Our sand-casting factory occupies atotal area of 30,000 square meters, which havecasting foundryworkshop, grinding, sandblasting and precision machining shop, laboratory and warehouse. Baoding Guokun has equipped with 4sets medium-frequency electric furnaces, 15 sets automatic shell core machinery, automatic sand-casting molding line, 7sets CNC machinery, 20 sets CNC Lathe, and the complete quality inspection devices for mechanical testing and chemical analysis, including tensile strength, hardness tester, metallographic inspection, spectrometer, ultrasonic testing and special testing devices. Before shipping, the quality reports for all inspection will be issued and mailed to our customers. We can offer green sand casting, resin sand casting, precoated sand casting, shell mold casting process for your OEM casting parts. The investment casting and sand casting process are usually the most cost-effective casting techniques to produce complex or simple gearbox casting replacement components in low, medium and high-volume quantities. Cast Iron Gearbox Reducer Housing: Durable and commonly used for heavy-duty applications. Mainly produced bysand casting processandlost foam castingprocess.
Aluminum gearbox reducer Housing: Lightweight and corrosion-resistant, often used in applications where weight is aconcern. Mainly produced by gravity casting, sand casting and die casting process.
Stainless Steel helical bevel gearbox Reducedr Housing: Used in corrosive environments or industries like food processing or pharmaceuticals. Mainly produced byinvestment castingor lost wax casting process.
