QZNB-2200 horizontal three-cylinder reciprocating single acting mud pump
Specifications：
QZNB-2200 mud pumpis a horizontal three- cylinder reciprocating single acting mud pump, which is driven by diesel engine, manual shift gear box with wireless remote control.
It is mainly used for matching with trenchless drilling rig of more than 200 tons, and can also be used for grouting, mine drainage and long- distance water delivery and other purposes.
The flow rates and pressures can be controlled by 8 levels, with a wide range of flow and pressure, and can be used for drilling and towing with different pore sizes.
The pump according to the drilling pump design specification and API standard design and manufacture,pump shell is made of high strength steel plate welding, connecting rod cross rolling bearing, cylinder liner with bi-metal type, inner sleeve using high Cr alloy, with hardness of HRC62.
In a word,the pump increases the service life of spare parts, reduce the loss of spare parts.
