Honghai KCB External Gear Pump
This Series of external gear pump, is mainly consists of gear, eccentric shaft, pump body, safe valve and sealing. Through heat treatment, the gear achieve a higer strength and hardness, together with the shaft, are installed into a changeable axle housing and rotate.
Brief Introduction
All the related parts will be automatically lubricated when the gear pump is working.
KCB external gear pump is mainly used for transferring lubricating oil in the lubrication system of the mechanical equipment, whose transferring viscosity is 5×10-6～1.5×10-3m2/s（5-1500cSt）, temperature below 300℃.
This external gear pump is able to transfer those like oil, beverage and noncorrosive liquid without lubricity. With copper gear, it can be used to transfer those liquid like gas and benzene.
This series external gear pump is equipped with normal motor, which can be replaced with fire proof motor according to customers’ requirement.
Material: 304.316.316L stainless steel.
Application
The external gear pumps can be used in higher sanitary conditions, like pharmaceutical industry, food industry, etc., can also be used in those area with weak causticity, like precision chemistry, cosmetic industry, printing and dyeing industry, brewing industry as well.
The external gear pump can be used as transfer pump and blower pump in oil transfer system; The external gear pump can be used as transfer pump, fuel pump and blower pump in the fuel system; The external gear pump can be used as lubrication pump in the general industrial fields.
Features
This Series of external gear pump from Honghai Pump, is mainly consists of gear, eccentric shaft, pump body, safe valve and sealing. Through heat treatment, the gear achieve a higer strength and hardness, together with the shaft, are installed into a changeable axle housing and rotate. All the related parts will be automatically lubricated when the gear pump is working.
Within the external gear pump, there are well and careful designed oil drainage path and oil circuit groove, which achieves the smallest torque resistance for the gear. In this way, the external gear pump is high efficient with low abrasion and low bearing loads.
Honghai external gear pump is protected with safe relief valve in case of overloads. The Total reflux pressure of the relief valve is 1.5 times of the rated relief pressure, which can be adjusted according the actual applications. Be attention, the safe valve can’t be used as relief valve all the time, if necessary, a relief valve can be especially installed in the path.
The direction of rotation is clockwise viewed from coupling end.
