Rising Stem Resilient Gate Valve
The rising stem gate valves produced by ZhengFeng are mainly installed on various pipelines and used as two-way closed-circuit equipment. They are widely used in industries where the installation space is sufficient and the switch indicating position needs to be observed. Os&yrising stem gate valve dimensionsadopts the straight through structure of full flow channel just like the non rising spindle gate valve, which makes the status after opening as if no valve is installed. The gate plate adopts the all-rubber vulcanization method, which can guarantee no leakage when closed and obtain considerable sealing effect.
The fluid channel is designed with a flat bottom. Impurities in the medium do not accumulate and affect the seal. The connection mode of the gate and the valve stem adopts the movable structure to place the gate nut, which can automatically balance the gate direction. The brake nut and stem are held together so that the stem does not rotate during opening and closing and can only move up and down along the axis. The stem nut is made of pure copper and has large diameter handwheel, which can be operated flexibly and can be used for a long time outside. Because is abundant designer for the special requirements of installation ease, rising stem gate valves the lightest standard torque reaches the market, this requires stem nut and stem, and between the stem and o-rings, before and after the valve stem and fixed disc nut must be closely cooperate, or leaking, or torque will be very heavy.
