Twin-screw Extruders
SJZ series cone twin-screw extruders are specially for various PVC powder materials. Mated with different moulds and auxiliary machinery, they can produce various PVC plastic pipes, profile materials, board materials, sheets, bars, and granulating materials.
The screw adopts oil cooling system while the barrel adopts air cooling system. The system is controlled by dedicated computers. According to customer requirements, most reasonable screws can be configured to achieve optimal plasticization and logistic quality. All the screws are processed by high-precision special NC screw milling machines to ensure high consistency extruding performance. The most advanced variable pitch and depth screw design technology has been firstly introduced, making screw shearing and compression milder and itself more appropriate for practical requirement. The special design of distribution cabinet enlarges thrust bearing and adopts original bearings, guaranteeing the drive’s long service life and the bearing of larger extrusion capacity. The electrical appliance system maximally adopts imported original parts and has many failure alarm functions, reducing failures and facilitating troubleshooting. The special design of cooling system enlarges the heat radiation area and quickens the cooling with the temperature precision up to ±1℃.
