plastic expansion shell bolts

The plastic expansion shell bolts made in our company is assembled with plastic cone, plastic case, metal rod and accessories. The product acquired the national Patent (ZL0.1260373). It is original creation in China, features of light weight, compact, easy for installation and operation, long service life, strong anchoring strength, metal rod is recovery and multiplying etc. Its advantage is to achieve anchoring by means of pulling the plastic cone by metal bolt, to make the plastic expansion case close to the rock hole wall. This kind of bolt has abandoned the traditional resin-glue mode. No need anchoring agent, lowered labor intensity, less conveying amount makes it lower cost and energy saving. It can be widely used in the safety supporting fields such as coal mine tunnel, culvert and so on.
