Rock wool production line

The rock wool production line mainly uses slag basalt, limestone or dolomite and coke as raw materials. To control the environmental pollution, reduce coke consumption and increase the melting capability, the new furnace adopts coke and natural gas as its fuel. The high temperature molten substance flown into the spinning system fiber under the joint action of spinning force of the spinning wheels and high-speed air stream of the blow-off system. Fibers settle uniformly on the fast moving forming conveyor under the action of sucking in the collecting chamber and form a thin layer of primary felt. A facing unit and a semi-automatic rolling set can be installed between collecting conveyor and curing oven. After unformed felt enters the curing oven, the felt layer is pressed by the lower and upper mesh plates in the oven. The felt plates coming from the curing oven can be processed into the required products through cooling zone, edge trimming unit, facing unit, thickness band saw, stitching unit, length measuring unit, cross cutting machine, guillotine, automatic rolling machine, wrapping machine and manual stacking.
