Information of pex pipe:Crosslinked polyethylene(pex pipe) floor heating pipes are result of high development of plastic polymer material technology. pex pipe is the HDPE(LDPE) resin by adding peroxide crosslinking agent through the use of the worlds advanced one step crosslinking technology, 3D extrusion moldsion for the cross-linked struture of pex pipe. In addition to upholding the general characteristics of the PE materials,the crosslinked polyethylene(PEX pipe)floor heating pipe has more excellent chemical, physical and machanical properties in heat,pressure and corrosion resistance.The crosslinked polyethylene(PEX pipe)of lowtemperature radiation floor heating has overcome the shortcomings in the traditional mode of heating with easy leakage, corrosion ,space consuming,high cost and discomfort,etc.The crosslinked polyethylene(PEX pipe)pipe is buried in the surface layer, enabling the low temperature hot water to circulate and flow under the floor in the pipe and the entire floor is heated at a temperature of 25,then the entire room is warmed through a natural radiation and convection.Pex pipe's temperature separation levels are in lower level with higher temperature and higher level with louer temperatre,making peoples feet feel warm and the head feel cool,and thereby achieving a result of being comfortable, sanitation,health care,compact,controllable efficient,energy-saving,low-cost operation,which is a new type of environmentfriendly heating method with high-efficiency and universal acknowledgement.Specification of PEX pipe:1. Color of pex pipe : white or according to customers requirements.2. Size(dia. x wall thickness) of pex pipe: 20x2.0mm, 25x2.3mm, 32x2.9mm or according to customers requirements.3. Packing of pex pipe: in polyester bags or according to customers requirements.
