Product Description: Big type J suspension clamp, are designed to provide a suspension for 5 to 20mm aerial ADSS cables at intermediate poles on cable routes with angle < 20° on access networks, with high mechanical strength.
with neoprene insert for ADSS cables installed on big spans (200m max)

The suspension clamps can be directly secured to the poles using bolts or bandings. -They can also be installed on hook bolts to provide some flexible suspension point and give extra protection to the cable against wind

Installation procedure：
Installation of the J Hooks on the poles :In case the suspension clamps are directly secured t the pole, place them perpendicularly to the cable route and secure them to the pole using bolts or pole banding. Remove the neoprene
inserts.In case of suspended J Hooks, install pole brackets or hook bolts at all intermediate poles with angle < 20°. The brackets and/or hook bolts should be positioned on the pole perpendicularly to the cable route.
Running out and tensioning of the cable :Dead-end the cable at the first end pole.The shape of the Jclampenables to run out the cable directly in the J Hooks. Some telecom companies however may require the use of temporary running out
rollers. Install them just above the J Hook Clamps. Different models of running our rollers are available from Telenco.Run the cable on the rollers or directly in the J Hooks to the last end pole and tension the cable to its full
installation load using a cable grip, a winch and a dynamometer.
