The resin bond products have the feathers of good self-sharping, sharp cutting,high efficiency ,low roughness of work piece surface, few heat generating and without berning workpiece. They are suitable for high effiency and precision grinding of most workpieces.
Moresuperhard is able to provide resin bond superabrasive grinding wheels according to the standard GB/T6409.2-1996.The diameter range is 6-900mm; the thickness range is 0.07-520mm.we can also make nonstandard grinding wheels according to customers’ requirements.

Resin bond diamond products :mainly used for machining tungsten carbide, cermic materials, magnetic materials, silicon materials, thermal spraying alloy materials and so on.
Resin and CBN products: mainly used for machining high speed steel, cast iron and so on.
