ZPD-RN Reshaped RVD Mesh Diamond with superior grinding performance in all bonds
ZPD-RN Reshaped High strength RVD diamond mesh powder is re-shaped based on the ZPD-N series mesh diamond. And it is recommended for all bonds tools for a wide range of grinding applications . It can do metal bond, vitrified bond, resin bond and electroplating diamond tools. These tools can be used for hard and bristle material grinding like tungsten carbide, ceramic, glass, gemstone, stone and other nonferrous materials.
ZPD-RNmesh diamond features:
We start with high strength resin bond synthetic diamond powder(RVD) as raw material for making the mesh diamond powder
Reshaping process makes the mesh diamond better shape and tighter particle size distribution.
