Double-Shaft Mixer was using two synchronous rotational symmetry spiral-shaped axis, mix with the water while conveying the dry ash powder material, a uniform humidification for dry ash powder material, to reach the purpose of the humidifying material does not take dry ash and without water droplets leaking, so as to facilitate the humidification ash loading and transport or transferred to other transportation equipment. Mainly applied to thermal power plants, mining and other industries fly ash or similar material humidification loading occasions.

Structure Features of Double-Shaft Mixer

Double-shaftmixer mainly composed by main case,spiral shaft assembly, drive device, piping, cover, chain guard and other parts, the performance characteristics of the machine structure is as follows:

1. The main casemainly constituted by the plate and steel, welding forming at the factory and assembled together with other components, support the double-shaft mixer. Shell sealed tight, there will be no fly ashand ash leakingphenomenon.
2. double-shaftmixer, itmian composed bythe left and right rotatedhelical axis, bearing pedestal, bearing housing, bearing caps, gears, sprockets, oil cups, blades and other parts. The left and right rotatedhelical axis has high requirement of precision manufacturing, good process performance, strictly cooperation requirements with thebearingpedestal, the bearing sleeveand bearing cap. Gear modulus is8, and the number of teeth is 60, and the tooth angle is 20°; the sprocket pitch is50.8, thenumber of teeth is 25, the tooth model is GB1224-85. Gears, sprockets have shield protection, so it can operate safelyand effectively. Oil Cup isthe press-fit pressure oiling Cup, convenient and effective for filling oil. The double-shaftmixer blade material has adopted the composite ceramic which is wearresistance and not easy to stick ash. The bladestructure designation arereasonableandsimple, easy to replace after wornandlong service life.
3. Wateraddinghumidity piping mainly composed by the receiver, fittings and nozzles. Nozzle adoptedstainless atomization cone nozzle arranged in the top of the stirrer inside the enclosure, along the direction of the screw shaft axially aligned to form the curtain was stirred in order to facilitate the material humidifying. Nozzle structure is simple, easy to replace, stainless steel, anti-corrosion and durable. The valve can be adjusted manually by the operator on the water supply pipe to regulate the moisture content of the wet ash.
4. Cover mainly include left cover, intermediate cover, right cover, holecover and manhole-cover. The biaxial mixer on both sides set with six manholes tofacilitate the repair and maintenance of the operating personnel usual.
