Hematology Analyzer, also known as complete Blood Cell Analyzer.
Analyzers can range from basic instruments for complete blood count (CBC) analyzer machine, also called full blood count machine, to multifunctional systems designed for cell morphology and measurement of distinct cell populations.
The systems are based around several technologies including impedance-based measurement, Tri-angle scattering and flow cytometry, and Colorimetry.
Genrui's 3-Diff hematology analyzer machines using classical technology for whole blood analysis (e.g., impedance technology) will generate a three-part leukocyte differential. A three-part leukocyte differential provides values for neutrophils, lymphocytes, and all other white cells together.
Genrui's 5-Diff hematology analyzer machines are capable of analyzing all leukocytes using flow cytometry-based methods, some in combination with impedance, Tri-angle scattering and flow cytometry, colorimetry, to count all the different types of WBCs, including neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, basophils, and eosinophils (five-part differential).

POCT
POCTis defined as "the examination required for any medical measures at the patient's medical site". Tests conducted in the presence of the patient, not in a central laboratory, lead to improvements in patient care. "Testing developed and ruled by clinical laboratories, which can be carried to patients as reagent kit and performed in real-time but not in particular laboratory facilities, or other fixed, dedicated facilities."
The main criteria of POCT are that there is no need for a fixed test site, detection reagents and instruments are portable and can be operated in a timely manner. POCT does not require specialized clinical testing services like professional sampling.
