Features:
1. Qianli UVX24 integrated UV curing lamp, powerful light source, fast curing speed, with 16-inch big curing room, two cooling fans, and 50 dual-wavelength LED chips to improve efficiency.
2. Specially equipped dual-wavelength curing, powerful light source of the lamp tube, slow temperature rise of the surface of the irradiated product during irradiation, reducing heat damage, stable UV light output, and uniform irradiation.
3. Light energy 3200mJ/cm², no heat radiation, safe and secure, 50 dual-wavelength LED chips, 365/395 LED chips mixed to enhance the curing effect.
4. Dual-fan heat dissipation design, rapid heat dissipation, increased service life; drawer-type design, small product space occupation, larger available space.
5. Screen glass/LCD screen both can be cured, suitable for curved/flat screen/OCA screen glass lamination,wrinkle-free LCD curing, etc.

Steps:
1. Apply UV curing glue to the screen to be repaired.
2. Then attach the mobile screen glass to the screen.
3. Different screens require different UV exposure time for repair.
4. The screen can be taken out once the curing is complete.
