High-Speed Intime Data Acquisition System for Engine Motor Gearbox Test
CAMA data acquisition case-type or goose-type box, matching with cable boom arm, is used to acquire various analog data such as temperature, pressure, and flow of specimen, including engine, motor, battery cell, transmission, etc. The acquired data are real-time transmitted to test bench control system, to realize data monitoring and testing.
Currently CAMA have three type of data auisition modules: 10/100 Hz standard module, 2KHzGCK16 acquisition board, 500 KHz high-speed standard module. The standard modules are NI, BECKHOFF etc mature product.
2KHzGCK16 high-speed acquisition boards are CAMA latest developed for real-time measurement and transmission of analog data such as current, voltage, temperature, flow, etc. The board can be easily integrated into CAMA data acquisition box system. The function and characteristics are as follows:
16-way arbitrarily-equipped input/output channels;
Acquisition channel measurement frequency arbitrarily setting ( Max. 2M);
Various channels synchronous input and output, even among board cards.
Synchronization error 1.25ns;
Uninterrupted continuous sampling, IO frequency is not less than 2KHz;
Power supply voltage: DC12V;
Communication interface:100M ethernet, CAN bus and RS485 communication;
Communication response speed: 500 us;
Can be integrated into computer unit, or separately powered and used.
