Mask Fit Tester
The mask fit tester is a key device to ensure the protective effectiveness of masks.
Working principle:
Based on aerodynamics and particle monitoring technology, by constructing different airflow environments inside and outside the mask, using the built-in high-precision particle counter or gas concentration sensor, the concentration of particles or harmful gases inside and outside the mask is compared to evaluate the fit of the mask.
Composition structure:
It is usually composed of a main control unit, a gas generation system, a particle or gas detection system, a data processing and display module, etc. The main control unit coordinates the work of each part; the gas generation system simulates different breathing patterns; the detection system accurately measures the concentration; the data processing module analyzes the data and presents the results on the display module.
Application scenarios:
In the medical field, ensure that medical staff are effectively protected by masks when they come into contact with infectious patients; in the industrial field, protect workers from dust and chemical gases; in public health emergency response, it is used to screen qualified protective masks to ensure public safety.
