Anti-drilling Lint Tester
Scope of application:
Applicable to the testing of the ability of lining materials, down or fibers to penetrate fabrics of bedding such as winter clothing, down jackets, quilts, etc. The friction method is used to determine the anti-down penetration of fabrics, which is suitable for various fabrics used to make down products.
Product details:
The anti-down penetration tester is controlled by a microprocessor, and can automatically alarm and shut down after the test operation is completed. The LED liquid crystal display counter and the horizontal calibration system ensure the horizontal operation of the equipment. The transparent safety cover ensures safety and facilitates real-time observation by operators.
The fixed fixture is fixedly hung on the chassis, and the movable fixture is fixed on the rotating wheel to rotate it along an elliptical path. A cushion of a specified size made of the fabric to be tested for down penetration is filled with a given amount of feather and down material or a mixture of the two. The cushion is mounted on the instrument and subjected to a specified number of frictions. The number of down or feather particles passing through or protruding from the thick base cloth is counted.
