Automotive Interior Materials Droplet Characteristics Tester
Standards:
1. 1995L0028-EN-01.01.2007-002.001-25 ( ANNEX V) Measurement method of melting properties. 2. NF P92-505 Dripping test with electrical radiator, used for melting materials. 3. EU 95/28/EC European parliament and of the council of 24 October 1995 relating to the burning behavior of materials used in the interior construction of certain categories of motor vehicle.
Applications:
It’s used to evaluate the melt dripping and burning performance for hot melt materials under the main heat source.

Introduction
Automotive interior materials droplet characteristics tester determine the materials’ droplet properties according to ECE R118 Appendix 7. This mechanical and electrical control tester is suitable for measuring the melting state of automotive interior materials in the specified radiation heat radiation.
