Putty sanding tester
How it works:
By placing the sample of primer and putty to be measured on the rotating grinding wheel (or grinding head), the sample is polished back and forth under a certain load. The grinding frequency can be read directly by the counter, and the grinding resistance of the primer and putty can be assessed according to the load weight, grinding frequency and wear degree.
Technical parameters:
The technical parameters of the putty sanding tester may vary from model to model, but usually include the following aspects:
Friction speed: Generally adjustable in the range of 0——190 times/min (one way), the specific speed can be set according to test requirements.
Test stroke: usually 155mm, that is, the movement distance of the grinding head on the sample.
Setting range: The range of grinding times that the counter can be set, generally 0——9999 times (one-way count), and the two-way count needs to be multiplied by 2.
Load: The load of the grinding head includes the weight of the grinding head itself (such as 570+±15 grams) and the counterweight block that can be added (such as 50+3 grams, 100+4 grams, 200+7 grams each) to simulate different grinding pressures.
Test template specifications: generally tinplate, size 50x120mm or 200mmx80mm(thickness 0.3——1.5mm), the specific size may vary depending on the instrument model.
Power supply and power: Usually 220V 50Hz/60Hz power supply, the power is about 40W.
Dimensions and weight: Dimensions may vary depending on the instrument model, but are generally compact and easy to operate; The weight is also within an acceptable range for easy movement and placement
