Automatic Scratch Tester
The Automatic Scratch Tester is designed for evaluating the hardness and friction performance of coatings on a wide range of materials and products. It is suitable for electronics, household appliances, metal coatings, decorative materials, and synthetic leather, as well as mobile shells, MP3/MP4 shells, and laptop shells. The instrument measures coating hardness and resistance to friction, providing reliable data for quality control and material research.

Test Procedures
(1) Place the sample securely on the test stage.
(2) Select test parameters: load, stroke, speed, and friction medium.
(3) Start the reciprocating motion and monitor real-time test progress.
(4) Count and record the number of cycles until specified wear or scratch occurs.
(5) Optionally capture observations for quality documentation.
(6) Complete the test and remove the sample safely.
Maintenance Information
(1) Keep the friction media and holders clean to avoid contamination.
(2) Regularly inspect the reciprocating mechanism for wear or misalignment.
(3) Calibrate the load and stroke parameters periodically for accuracy.
