Test Procedures

(1) Prepare the protective fabric sample and mount it in the sample holder

(2) Fill the liquid column with the test solution (e.g., 80% H2SO4)

(3) Start the test, allowing the liquid pressure to rise at (60 ± 3) cm/min

(4) Observe the sample until three leaks appear

(5) Record the height of the liquid column at the time of leaks as the fabric’s liquid static pressure resistance

(6) Repeat for multiple samples or different protective materials

(7) Clean the liquid column, sample holder, and surrounding area after testing

Maintenance Information

(1) After each test, rinse and clean the liquid column and sample holder to remove residual acid/base

(2) Inspect the column, valves, and sample holders for corrosion or wear

(3) Store instrument in a dry, ventilated environment

(4) Regularly calibrate the liquid column height and rising rate to ensure accurate measurements

(5) Wear protective equipment when handling corrosive test solutions

(6) Maintain records of calibration and maintenance for compliance documentation
