Product Description
Fosmedic developed the Leukocyte-reduction filter system that meet the regulatory guidelines and strict requirements of blood banks in Europe and the US markets.
Leukocyte-reduction filter system is designed for reducing the white blood cells in whole blood or red blood cell conentrates, preventing lots of ill-reaction in transfusion and reducing implant-anti-host and virus diseases from non-self's white blood cells.
This product is for removal of leukocyte in whole blood or MAP solution and for storage of MAP solution and clinical transfusion, no permission for any other usage.
· Leukocyte reduction ≥ 99.9%, residual white blood cells ≤ 2.5 X 106/unit
· Red cells recovery ≥ 85%
