Pure steam generatoris a kind of equipment that uses purified water as raw water and uses steam heating to produce pure steam. It has reasonable structure, simple operation, high thermal efficiency and low energy consumption.It is an ideal equipment for hospitals, pharmaceuticals, electronics, food and beverage industries.Ideal equipment for bacterial disinfection and the first choice for cGMP compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.

Technical features:

◆ Energy-saving technology: industrial steam condensate secondary heat e*change technology, so that the raw material water temperature increased by more than 50 ° C;.

◆ Separation and discharge of non-condensable gases: utilizing the principle that the solubility of gases gradually decreases with the increase of temperature, vapor-liquid separation is carried out by preheating the raw water and spraying it, and non-condensable gases are collected and discharged in the separating tank; the energy efficiency ratio of the industrial steam is 1.1:1(1.1T of industrial steam produces 1T of pure steam), and the ratio of the purified water to the pure steam is 1.1:1.

◆ Through the rising membrane natural separation + gravity separation + spiral separation, vapor-liquid separation is more thorough, bacterial endoto*in content <0.01EU/ml;

◆Equipped with a “micro-superheating” heating device, when pure steam is used to sterilize equipment at a distance, the “micro-superheating” pure steam can be eliminated by the flow resistance and heat dissipation effect of the steam piping before it reaches the point of use.
