Main uses:
The shoe stripping tester is mainly used to measure the bonding strength between the upper and the sole or other shoe components. By simulating the peeling forces that may be encountered in actual wearing, the adhesive parts of the shoes are precisely tested to ensure the quality and durability of the shoes. The equipment is widely used in all aspects of footwear production, including raw material screening, production process monitoring and finished product quality testing. The use of the tester can find and solve the problems in the production process in time, improve product quality and consumer satisfaction.

Technical parameters:
Maximum stripping force: Indicates the maximum force that the tester can apply, usually 1000N or other specific values, to ensure that the tester can meet the test needs of different shoes.
Peel edge width: the width of the peel edge has an impact on the test results, usually 20±0.2mm or 10±0.1mm （there are also 30±0.1mm and 20±0.05mm and other specifications）， the specific width can be set according to the test requirements and standards.
Peeling knife edge down speed: indicates the moving speed of the peeling knife edge in the test process, usually 20±2mm/min, and the rising and falling speed is adjustable to ensure the stability and accuracy of the test process.
