1.Technical parameters
Production capacity: 0.2-3T / hour
The main raw materials:
Animal oil: Tallow, Lard, Poultry oil, Bone oil, Food wasting oil.
Vegetable oils: Cottonseed oil, Sunflower oil, Palm oil, Palmitic acid, Coconut oil, Coconut acid.
Other raw materials: Caustic soda , Alkali, Salt, Bleaching liquid, Fragrance, Zaohuang and soon.
Production requirments:
Steam boiler (0.2T -3T based on production capacity).
Factory area: less than 400 square meters (equipment covers an area of 10M * 30M * 6.5M).
Power consumption: 90KW / hours.
Needed workers’no.: 6 persons.
2.The Usage
The production line takes relatively advanced soap-making technology of home and abroad whose working procedures are from grease/fat melting, grease/fat saponification, salt washing, caustic washing, color bleaching, vacuum granulation, grinding and continuous vacuum out-bars to cutting & soap shaping. It can produce many kinds of soaps of fatty acids occupying from 36% to 65% with the advantages: taking up litter space, wide sources of raw materials, stable quality, low investment, high efficiency.
We have machines equipments for toilet soap, laundry soap, bar soap, liquid/transparent soap, mini soap, etc.
