siliconer rubber HTV

• 

A long chain silicone gum with controlled vinyl level is combined with fumed, precipitated silica as reinforcing filler along with various other materials and additives to create special properties.

Once you cure the compounds at high temperature (100~200 ºC) after mixing with catalysts it becomes HTV silicone rubber.

The molding process can be compression, extrusion, etc.

Product Feature:

l High tensile strength, fast curing, excellent processibility.

l High tear strength.

l Suitable for extrusion and mold compression with peroxide curing agent.

l Superior transparence, good performance in smooth and gloss.

l Complies with Rohs, pass FDA and LFGB.
