KRD61 6-DOF Test Table
KRD61 series 6 DOF testtable is six-degree-of-freedom multi-functional closed-loop servo motion simulation test equipment. It is applied to provide the user's system single 6-DOF (X, Y, Z, α, β, γ) motion of longitudinal, horizontal, vertical, roll, pitch, and heave. Thismulti axial simulation tablecan swing periodically according to the set amplitude and frequency, and can also import the road spectrum to track the movement.

Large bearing capacity, the equipment can bear the maximum load of 10,000kg
Remote control function and can realize the transmission of specified data
Fully digital control technology: adopt a fully digital control loop, the 6-DOF positive and negative solution, position loop, speed loop and current loop are all realized digitally, avoiding the interference caused by analog circuits
It can realize posture simulation, sine wave simulation, single-DOF motion, and multiple-DOF composite motion
It can realize road spectrum filtering, road spectrum, wave spectrum, and flight spectrum replication
With abnormal alarm module, the program will automatically alarm and locate the specific module if the hardware module in the system fails
Multiple safety protection: in addition to speed and acceleration protection in software, the equipment also has limited voltage protection, overcurrent protection, limit protection and other protective measures in electrical aspects
COMPOSITION OF KRD61 6-DOF TEST TABLE
KRD61 6-DOFhexapod tableis mainly composed of three parts: mechanical structure, electrical control system, and measurement and control software.
The 6-DOF simulation table includes an upper platform, a lower platform, an upper hinge, a lower hinge, and a servo actuator. The servo actuator is composed of an electric cylinder and a servo motor. The servo actuator receives the control signal of the servo control system, performs work on the platform, and enables the upper platform to realize the specified simulation movement.
