AIFEN F5 Pro 1000W Hot Air Gun for Electronics Maintenance
AIFEN F5 PRO High Power Hot Air Rework Station delivers 1000W performance for mobile repair applications including motherboard CPU BGA chip welding/desoldering and PCB SMD electronics soldering. Equipped with handle button operation, 6 nozzles, a 2.8-inch IPS color display, programmable temperature curves, and specialized preheating/rapid welding combination for versatile use.
Features:
1. Color screen design - Use cool color displays to enhance visual appeal and make the operation more intuitive.
2. Temperature can be set segment curve heating a unique combination of preheating and rapid welding to meet different welding needs.
3. Roc curve mode Preset 3 groups of working intervals, each group can set the preheating temperature and heating time freely. After each group reaches the preset temperature, it will automatically enter the next group of working mode. After the third group reaches the temperature, the machine will give a prompt tone to facilitate the dismantling operation.
4. After entering the Roc curve mode. The machine panel will display the current stage, real-time temperature, air volume and working countdown, and automatically jump to the next stage after each stage is completed until the three stages of heating are completed. Since the first two sections are preheating, only the third section of temperature air volume can be set, each section of temperature air volume can be freely set, a period of working time is up to 330 seconds.
4. New wire controller and button control mode- support temperature control mode and memory mode. more flexible and convenient operation.Upgraded knob heating core - no screws fixed, hand twist can be unlocked and replaced, standard 7b heating core, more convenient to use.
5. Switching power supply - small size and lightweight, easier to carry and use. Add square air nozzle- add 1515mm, 1517mm square air nozzle each, with a special wind gun frame, and welding motherboard more accurately and conveniently.
6. High speed small motor - strong air output to ensure efficient and stable welding process.
7. New UI operation interface - the operation is more simple and convenient, and novices can quickly get started.
