Auto Tilting Dough MixerThisbakerybread mixermachineis a compact self-tiltingdough mixer, coupled with a dependable and safe hydraulic elevator-tipper. This innovative system provides the time saving facility to vertically raise and rotate the whole mixer to tip the dough directly onto a suitable bench or worksurface.
Features:1. Cast iron structure (base, column and head).2. Stainless steel dividing blade, spiral arm, bowl.3. Independent motors for bowl and spiral, and two speeds.4. Self-tipping spiral mixer and the lifting system operated by hydraulic cylinder.5. Bowl rotation inversion in first speed.6. Heavy duty construction.7. Motor overload protection.
