Automatic Belt Screen Changer

This type of screen changers consists of a belt screen 10 or 20 m in length, heating and cooling system, and control system. The filtering time and belt moving rate are automatically controlled by pressure sensing elements of the system, no manual operation or monitoring required. Continuous production with automatic and constant screen changing process, no manual operation. Minimized material flow and pressure fluctuation during whole production process, excellent product stability. Reduce waste and raw materials consumption. The pressure activation design ensures the reliability of screen changing. This type of screen change is applicable to the raw materials: PP, PE, ABS, PS etc. It’s widely used in the casting film, film, sheet, plate, optical fiber, a variety of filament drawing, compounding and other high-quality, long- production process.
