Rubber Mixing Mill
This machine is mainly applicable for plastic, warming and mixing rubber. Machine with rubber.overturning equipment.
1. It mainly works for thermal refining, mixing and plastic of raw rubber etc.
2. The roll is made of cold hard cast iron LTG-H, whose surface rigidity is HS68-75. There are three types of roll, such as cored smooth roll, cored fluted roll, and circumferentially drilled smooth roll. The roll adopts double auto-centering rolling bearings, which are lubricated by lubrication grease.
3. The reducer has hard tooth surface. All the drive gears of reducer are concentrated inside the case, which is well lubricating with spray type and has long useful life.
4. PLC control method
5. No oil leakage, and steady pressure, small noise.
6. Tailored structure, operate conveniently, and many speeds available.
