“HyCutMiddle Gantry” can program to cut any parts of plane graphs making of straight lines and arcs, as large gantry cutting machine. Dynamic and static graphic display, which makes it intuitionistic and easy to learn. You can either program directly on the machine, or draw directly on the computer, also you could directly transform into G code with CAD files according to present software with machine, and then transform into machine by USB interface to cut.

“HyCutMiddle Gantry ”is one kind of NC cutting equipment with high effectiveness, high precision, low labor intensity. It can be widely used in cutting and cutting material working procedure of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other metal materials.

“HyCut Small Gantry ”adopt gantry style structure, flame or air plasma cutting mode, it has high automation, easy to maintain and operate, reliable performance, as well as reasonable and ingenuity machine frame, also reasonable price, especially suit to metal plate working procedure for medium-sized and small enterprises.

• Beam and bilateral supporting leg adopt unitary welding beam structure, then after second structure welding, by annealing and time-effective treatment to remove mechanical stress, this frame has good rigidity, not easy to distort and all assembly part by fine machining.
• Cable puller that connect with Torch lifter adopt drag chain style, so that protect air tube and cable well.
• Beam torch lifter transverse moving adopts single master, multi slaves mode , could fix max four lifter, namely four torch, every lifter equipped torch and torch lifting assembly.
• The back of beam could fix serious vertical torch.
• Longitudinal adopt dual drive mode.
• Longitudinal configure special T style track which equip high-precision rack, it adopts grinding process make sure machine runs stably and precisely.
