Roll grinding machines
The roll grinding machine is a metal cutting machine, consisting of a bed, headstock, tailstock, pallets, longitudinal and transverse dragging plate, grinding head, measuring frame and electrical CNC system, divided into five subsystems: carrying system, driving system, grinding system, measuring system and control system. The workpiece is supported by the headstock, tailstock and bracket and is driven by the headstock for rotation. The CNC control system controls the machine tool in a multi-axis compound motion according to the mathematical model of the roll surface bus and realises the grinding of the roll surface metal by the grinding wheel during the motion. The online measurement system feeds the measurement data to the grinding machine control system in real time, and the control system provides closed-loop control of the machine tool, thus completing the precision machining of the workpiece.
