CNC32K Slant-Bed Turning Machine
CNC32K Slant-Bed Turning Machine absorbing both domestic and foreign advanced technology, is a new independent developed CNC machine tool. With high rotation speed, precision, rigidity and automation, this machine has high quality and excellent performance.
Equipped with fully enclosed new cover, the machine can conduct a big flow cutting but no water leaking.
The machine body is slant and the guide way leans back 45° so that the workers can get closed to the workpiece.
The machine is made of high quality resin, thus greatly improves the flexural behavior and enhances the stability of the machine.
With class P4 spindle bearing, it can be instead of the grinding machine.
Adopted imported high-precision guide way on X/Z axis, it has good dynamic performance and its rapid traverse speed up to 16m/min.
The machine can be installed with multiple tool holders, tool change fast, safe and precise.
We can provide hydraulic turret to meet user’s need to process complex parts.
Installed with high-precision hydraulic sleeve and power chuck, it is very easy and convenient for clamping which can improve the productivity.
