SD-922 water jet loom

SD922 series water jet loom is based on SD408 while incorporting the design of 8100 series, thus it is chracterized as follows:
1- Lower height and the center of gravity lead to less vibration; it is also suitable for Asian body features, easy for operation.
2-The heald frame crank system, which is modeled on8100 series, is more robust and stable; while the length nd shape of connecting lever remain the same as SD408 series, so mchine is running more stable and smooth.
3-It is capable to work with 914mm beam pipe and inside or outside jumbo roll, which will length weaving period, thus save labor speed.
4-It is able to work with eccentric beating device to gain higher weving speed.
5-Main frames of nodulr cst iron effectively reduce remonance, which helps to weave high density fbric.
