Product Application
The newly-developed high-temperature dyeing machine integrates various research results, reaches minimum liquor ratio 1: 4.5 in full load, reduces energy consumption, shortens dyeing time, and guarantees high quality of dyeing fabrics. Its adjustable fabric storage tank guarantees the smooth running in dyeing light fabrics and heavy fabrics. The cooling and washing one-step process integrates cooling and washing procedures, which reduces dyeing time, water consumption and discharge. With large-capacity fabric tank design, each fabric tank has the volume of 280 kg. Its optimized structure, with 1:5 liquor ratio, makes it dye various fabrics smoothly.
