WXC200C圆棒扒皮机
WXC系列无心车床（俗称：扒皮机），是对细长轴、管等金属圆棒料进行外圆加工的新一代高效专用车床。它不仅可以快速去除圆钢表面的脱碳层、裂纹等缺陷，而且可以达到较高的精度和粗糙度。尤其适合加工超长圆钢。其工作效率是传统加工工艺的几倍至十几倍。
设备主要应于光亮材、银亮钢的生产，也可用于机械制造、汽车配件、轴承生产、弹簧制造、军工企业、细长轴生产、钛棒、铜棒、铝棒、镁棒等有色金属棒料及管材加工和其它机械设备制造的备料工序使用。
WXC系列无心车床包括数控类型和半自动类型
半自动类型是液压和手动相结合，手动调整刀具，由液压控制夹紧喂料和出料，气压和电动控制自动上料和下料。 操作简单，性价比高，非常适合对自动化程度要求不高的中小型企业使用。
