Aluminum scraps UBC System de-coating line
1.It can be applied for UBC chips and/or the aluminum scraps with painting de-coating. 2.It uses oxygen free heating to remove the paint and make it to the air and carbon black. 3.The decomposition gas can be condensate to make it recycling.Use its own cooling device to condensate the air to liquid and/or grease. 4.Waste gas reburning (low carbon chain). The gas can be used to burning then discharge.The generated heat can be used to make oxygen free heating through heat exchange device. 5.After the oil paint carbonization, use vibrate and friction to remove the carbon and ashes.Part of the oil paint in the form of carbon black shall be adhere on the body of UBC chips.Make the carbon black oxide and shift it to ashes. Then use vibrate and friction to remove it.
