Each company's products are different, and the hand model to be produced is different, so the materials may be different, but the main processing materials include the following:
(1) ABS: It is widely used in general product casings and has good welding strength. It can be applied to surface metallization projects such as water plating and vacuum evaporation plating. The material specifications include plates and round bars.
(2) PMMA: Acrylic, or plexiglass. It is a good transparent piece, and the material for the best transparency can be applied by dyeing, electroplating, spraying, screen printing and the like. The welding strength is still acceptable, only the brittle and fragile is its weakness, and it is not suitable for use in fragile parts such as hooks.
(3) PP: Translucent material, excellent impact resistance, excellent flexibility, can be applied to the production requirements of strict impact resistance, such as: automotive supplies, folding packaging boxes, etc.
(4) PC: Material with good strength, toughness and transparency, suitable for parts made of Lens and fine structure. In addition, glass fiber is added to improve the rigidity and heat resistance of the sheet, and it can be used to produce parts that require high steelity in a high temperature environment.
