Continuous inline sputtering silver mirror vacuum mirror line
This continuously glass mirror production line, it is a horizontal type of dual-end continuous coating equipment. It is a large size advanced technology product. It adopt plane magnetron sputtering technology and vacuum lock multi-chamber structure to ensure the purity of target material and the quality of deposition film suring continuous loading and unloading. The movements of machine is controlled by intelligent central computer which also monitors all the process and steps in real time. All the procedures are automatic besides glass feeding and loading. Therefore, it can produce high quality if deposit film and the stability of technical parameters.
The machine is mainly applied to the production mirror manufacturing. Meanwhile, it can be used for production of reflective glass. It coats sorts of solo metal film, multi-layer composite film or mirror film on high quality float glass to produce different effect.
