Application
Ball mill is a key equipment to grind the crushed materials, and is widely used in powder-making
production line including cement,silicate products,new building materials,chemical fertilizer,the
beneficiating of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metals,and glass ceramic manufacturing industry
etc. Ball mill is used to grind all kinds of ores and other grindable materials and is widely used in
construction material,beneficiation,chemical industry etc.There are dry and wet two grinding types,
and it can be divided into grate ball mill and overflow ball mill according to different discharging
methods.
Operation principle
There are many steel balls as grinding media in the low-speed rotating cylinder of the ball mill.The
materials sent into the cylinder from one end,are constantly crushed by thrown down steel balls from
a certain height.The thrown down steel balls and materials roll and glide irregularly during the rotation
of cylinder,so the material are levigated during the grinding procedure of steel balls,scaleboard and
materials.
Features
This energy-saving machine changed the structure of ordinary grinding machine.The body and
chassis are integrated and can be lifted and put on the basic plane together.The double-row
self-aligning spherical roller bearing can reduce energy consumption by 30%,improve grinding
granularity and increase processing capacity by 15-20%.
