Secondary Belt Cleaner SXBMD-P-TD
- The tungsten carbide tip blade with a higher wear resistance and longer service life has a good scrapingeffect on high temperature or sticky materials;
- The blade arm and tip are connected by bolt, and fixed onto the tube through the rubber block;
- Segmented blade mounted on rubber block, ensured that when the belt cleaner meets rigid obstacles suchas belt fasteners during working, the separate blades ensure constant blade to belt contact on unevensurfaces, guaranteeing maximum cleaning effect while reset;
- Installed on the working surface of the return conveyor belt at the lower part of the head pulley, suitable forone-way running belt;
- Suitable for the conveyance of all kinds of materials, such as coal, coke, sinter, salt, iron ore and fertilizer,and widely applied in thermal power plants, iron and steel plants, cement plants, fertilizer plants, cokingplants, coal cleaning plants, coal mines, petrochemical plants, mining, paper mills, chemical plants, terminaltransfer stations and other industries.
